Looking for one of the most fun group activities in Sligo? The Monster SUP Experience is the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors while sharing plenty of laughs with family, friends or colleagues.
Standing an impressive 18 feet long, the Monster SUP is a giant paddle board designed to carry up to eight people at once. Success depends on teamwork, communication and a little balance, making every trip across the water a memorable adventure. Whether your group works together perfectly or ends up splashing around, the experience is guaranteed to be entertaining from start to finish.
Your qualified instructor will begin with a comprehensive safety briefing and basic paddleboarding instruction before leading your group onto the water. Along the way, you'll enjoy a variety of games and fun challenges designed to test your coordination while taking in the stunning scenery of Sligo's coastline and waterways.
Ideal for birthday celebrations, family days out, school groups, corporate events, stag and hen parties or simply trying something different, this two-hour guided experience combines adventure, teamwork and outdoor fun in one unforgettable activity.

Arrival & Check-in
Arrive at the meeting point approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Complete your waiver and meet your instructor.
Equipment Fitting
Receive your wetsuit, buoyancy aid and paddle before a brief introduction to the equipment.
Safety Briefing
Learn the basics of paddleboarding, safety procedures and teamwork techniques before launching onto the water.
Monster SUP Adventure
Paddle together as a team while taking part in fun games and challenges led by your instructor. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and work together to keep the giant board moving.
Return to Shore
Finish your session back at the starting point with plenty of stories and memorable photos to share.
