Please arrive at your chosen departure point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing. Your boat will return to the same location where your journey began.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience are eligible for a 50% refund.
